4:15 PM: Larry A. Dever, Sheriff of Cochise County Arizona, joined the program to give an update on the illegal immigration problem in his county and state. He was also on to promote the launch of his new website with Sheriff Paul Babeu of Pinal County, Arizona, www.bordersheriffs.com.
5:00 PM: Joey Vento, owner and founder of Geno's Steaks in South Philly, has been outspoken about the immigration problem in recent years and even went so far as to insist people order in English at his cheesesteak business in South Philadelphia. 6:00 PM: Hugh McLeod, cartoonist and author of the book Ignore Everybody: And 39 Other Keys to Creativity, joined the program to talk about his book and work as an artist. 4:00 PM: Dr. Jerome Corsi, columnist for World Net Daily and author of the book The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality, joined the program to talk about his recent column on WND.com regarding "tent cities" in Hawaii. Please visit redalert.wnd.com for more information.
5:00 PM: Retired Lt. Col. Jeffrey R. Chessani, who was the commanding officer of the 3rd Battalion 1st Marines, has been fighting for his freedom for the past 5 years after the infamous "Haditha Incident" in November of 2005. Lt. Col. Chessani joined the program for the first time to report that he is being allowed to retire with rank. A board of inquiry found his performance to be substandard but did not find misconduct. The decision was made back in December of 2009 but was not approved until last month. Lt. Col. Chessani served his last day of active duty on Friday, July 16th and will be officially retired on September 31st 2010.
6:00 PM: Dr. Robert Zubrin, Founder and President of the Mars Society, joined the program to talk about NASA Administrator Charles Bolden's comments on Al Jezeera TV last week regarding NASA's priorities including reaching out to the Muslim World.
