Award-winning radio talk show host and New York Times bestselling author, Michael Savage, returns to KSFO 560, it was announced this week by Paul Hosley, News and Program Director.

“The Savage Nation”® will air live each Monday – Friday from 6pm to 9pm on KSFO, as well as stations across the country, delivering Michael Savage’s incisive thoughts on politics, American culture and traditional values. His famous “news, views and reviews” will continue to inform and entertain millions of loyal and new listeners on KSFO.”

“The Savage Nation”® was recently the third most listened to radio talk show in the nation with more than ten million weekly listeners. In 2012 it became the #1 talk show on the internet. The legendary conservative talker is also the author of 28 books, including six New York Times bestsellers.

“I’m glad to be back where I began in radio.” Savage said. “I helped build KSFO back in 1995 and hope to please KSFO’s huge loyal audience again. In my novel “Abuse of Power”, I talk a lot about San Francisco streets, restaurants, boating on the bay and my dog, Teddy”. That’s what I will be doing on KSFO.”

“The Savage Nation”® originally aired on KSFO from 1995-2003. During his time at KSFO, Michael Savage reached #1 in Arbitron ratings among both adult men and women 18+ in his airshift of Afternoon Drive.

Michael Savage was also awarded the coveted Freedom of Speech Award Talkers Magazine and earned his PH.D. from the University of California at Berkeley.
