He is a sweet little guy who had a tough time in life. He bounced around to a few homes before arriving at the SFSPCA, and he was a little unsure at first about the world. The SPCA has fixed him up with lots of TLC from the vets, volunteers and staff and he is loving it! He is becoming a loving lap-dog with all the great people here and they are helping him overcome some of his fears (for instance, he is not a big fan of this rainy weather!) ....
